Pastor Jim Jackson knows the true meaning of salvation, growing up in South Carolina some would of called Jim a red neck, some a drug dealer or grower, others would have said he was just down rite meaner than a junkyard dog.

Jim worked hard, played hard and fought hard. But there were people that never gave up on him, people like Miss Charlotte and her husband Ray Smith, continually prayed for his salvation till it came to pass. It has been ten years since Jim received Jesus as his personal savior, God has used many people and circumstances to mold Jim into an outstanding businessman within his community, and now the pastor he is and is becoming. I am thankful God has allowed me to be one of those people. As one of those people I have no hesitation in recommending him to those that would call him pastor, he may not come wrapped in an Armani suit or have a degree from a Theological Seminary. However he is a Shepard that will lay down his life for those he has taken responsibility for. I have the deepest respect for him as a man pursuing not only the deeper truths of God's word, but in also seeking to minister to those that can not minister themselves. Jim is a pastor that knows prayer works and is not afraid to hang in there with those others would give up on and at the same time he will confront those that need confronting using truth seasoned with grace.
